Hey guys,youtube blocks videos, and cartoons. I know there is about rights, but so many people upload it there and all ok.. How can I avoid this? Is anybody know? Thank you.

If you want to upload videos of movies or cartoons, what some people do is adding watermarks or a background to the video, so it can't be considered a copyright infringement (IE: www.youtube.com/watch?v=xA0Qdc…)
If you are worried about, let's say, restrictions about violence or mature content, you can always put on settings that the user confirms their age.
